Manchego and Quince Paste on Bread
Fast and Easy


Ingredients

  • Manchego Cheese

  • Quince Paste

  • French Bread or other heavy bread

 

Preparation

Slice Manchego and Quince Paste into thin, long slices (if using a tub container of quince paste, an alternative is to allow guests to help themselves with spreading knife rather than slice)

Slice bread around 1/2 inch thick.

Place one slice of Manchego Cheese and one slice of Quince Paste on top of bread.
