Returns and Exchanges We want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns of non-perishable product with return authorization for up to 30 days and perishable product for up to 7 days after date of shipment. Perishable product requires expedited return shipping for credit. Please contact us via email at admin@colorsofspain.com for return authorization. Authorization is required to receive credit. In the email, please indicate the product name, if the request is for return or for exchange, and the reason for the request. Return product in original selling condition and include a copy of the receipt to receive full credit. Credit will be issued upon receipt and evaluation of product .
Due to availability and quality concerns, your order may arrive in more than one shipment. You will receive notification of any product that is not in stock, along with an expected ship date. We will not charge your credit card until a product is shipped. Shipping Our shipping costs are based on our shippers rates and the cost of carefully packaging your product so that you are satisfied with the condition it arrives in. We will ship your package using UPS so you are able to follow it's progress from our door to yours using UPS tracking tools. If your order contains perishable items, you will receive notification of shipping options that will preserve the quality of your product. Most of our product can be affected by temperature changes. To preserve the quality of your order, shipment may be delayed past a weekend or holiday to avoid extended times in trucks or shipping facilities.
