Cheese from Spain There are many determining
factors in the production of cheese. The most qualifying is the type
of milk used in the production. Sheep, goat and cow milks are
all used in creating Spanish cheeses. Climate and tradition also play
important roles. Most of the gourmet cheese we offer you are artisan cheeses
produced with traditional Spanish recipes in high quality sanitary environments and
have flavors that may differ from others you try. We believe you will find
them as superb and delightful as we do. Cheese is
perishable and must have expedited shipping to maintain it's quality.
In Spain they pair cheese
with fruit for a sweet and savory treat!
