These are hand made chocolate truffle stuffed figs with a
hint of liquor and then covered in chocolate again. Rabitos: named
after the little stick from the fig. In the making of the product, only the
“pajarero”variety of fig is used. One of the best figs in the world, they
are smaller but much tastier than other figs. Then the bakery prepares a mix
of chocolate truffle, cream and liquor which is then stuffed inside the
figs. The figs are then dipped in chocolate. The finished
product is a unique taste blending the exquisite flavor of the fig with an
excellent chocolate and a liquor finish, a total treat to your palate. A
perfect gift for the loved ones and a beautiful host/hostess gift.
