Gran Reserva Sherry Vinegar by Vinagres de Yema

First discovered in 1992, a treasure was found in the form of an old forgotten  “Solera” of sherry vinegar from 1923.  The discovery led to the creation of Vinagres de Yema.  These owners of the oldest Soleras of sherry vinegar in the Denominacion de Origin of Jerez maintain a high level of commitment to production quality, similar to that seen in the production of sherry wines.  Thankfully, they have shared their treasure throughout the gourmet food market.
