Gomez carries the DO from Priego de Cordoba ensuring high quality oil with
an acidity level of no more than .5%. Available in two convenient sizes,
500ML or 2.5-liter tins.
Your olive oil best used
within a year of purchase. Store your oil away from heat, light and air.
There is no need for refrigeration. In fact, it will solidify at 36 degrees
Fahrenheit, causing a harmless, white solid layer to form. Simply bring the
oil back to room temperature to remove.
